We have reserved a block of rooms with discounted rates at the following three hotels. Louisville can get busy with conferences and downtown is a popular area, so we suggest securing your accommodations as soon as possible. Please reach out to us with any questions!

We have a room block at the 21C Museum Hotel in downtown Louisville. This is also the venue for the ceremony and reception, so booking a room at the hotel will make your commute to some of our wedding events simple! 21C Hotel Room Block Reservations

We have another room block at the Aloft Louisville Downtown Hotel (Address: 102 W Main Street, about a 10-minute/half mile walk to the ceremony and reception venue.) The cut-off date to book within the room block is August 22nd at 5:00pm. Aloft Room Block Reservations 

We have a third room block at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville (Address: 140 N Fourth Street, about an 8 minute/ 0.4 mile walk to the ceremony and reception venue.) The cut-off date to book within the room block is August 15th at 5:00pm. To reserve a room, please call the hotel and ask the Reservations desk for a room in the Bhaskar / Mazumdar wedding room block. (Phone: 1-800-843-4258)

RATES: Fri 9/14 & Sat 9/15 night at a discounted rate of $139 + tax per night. The actual rates listed may end up being less expensive than the room block, so we recommend clicking the link below to check rates in real-time. 

RIVUE TOWER -- $139.00 Single or Double (1 or 2 in a room)

SUITE TOWER -- $169.00 Single or Double (1 or 2 in a room)

*For each additional person in a room, please add $10.00. All of their rooms can sleep from 1 to 4 people.  The Galt House rooms either have one king or two queen beds. The above rates do not include taxes which currently total 16.07%. Self-parking is currently at $20 per day and Valet-parking is at $28 per day. Hotel will allow a 20% attrition on your total room nights if a contract is requested.

We reserved a block of 10 rooms in Homewood Suites at 63 Market Street in downtown Louisville. The cut-off date to book within the room block is August 14th.

Flying in / Driving Down

The closest airport to the wedding reception venue is Louisville International Airport (code: SDF) - the driving time from the airport to downtown Louisville is 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The airport is located less than 6 miles from downtown Louisville. There are cabs, Ubers, or Lyfts easily available from the airport. 

Alternatively, there are regional airports that are slightly larger and have more options for inbound and outbound flights. The Cincinnati Airport (CVG) is 1.5 hours away by car; the Indianapolis (IND) airport is 2 hours away by car.

If flying and renting a car, there is valet parking available at the 21C Hotel, as well as valet and self-parking at the Galt House Hotel and aloft Louisville Downtown Hotel.
